How to Return an Item

Pack & Ship

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our return address or schedule a pickup.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Telebirr/CBE Birr: 3-5 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Refund via bank transfer or mobile money

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
