How to Return an Item
Initiate Return Request
Log into your account and go to Orders. Select the item you want to return and click "Request Return."
Get Return Approval
Our team will review your request within 24 hours and provide you with return instructions.
Pack & Ship
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our return address or schedule a pickup.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Telebirr/CBE Birr: 3-5 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Refund via bank transfer or mobile money
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures you get the item you want as quickly as possible.
